- 60 g (2 oz) low-fat Greek yogurt, for the sauce — optional, not included in the macros

Method
- Whisk the Greek yogurt with the egg in a bowl until smooth.
- Add the cocoa and protein powder and stir until you have a smooth batter with no lumps.
