Ingredients

  • 2 cups melon balls or cubes (340 g / 12 oz)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint (3 g)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (10 g)
  • pink salt, to taste — optional

Method

  1. Use a melon baller or a teaspoon to scoop the ripe flesh into small balls.
  2. Put the melon balls in a bowl.
