Ingredients

  • ½ mango, peeled, or frozen (150 g / 5½ oz)
  • 1 container low-fat Greek yogurt (150 g / 5½ oz)
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder (25 g / 1 oz)
  • 100 ml (½ cup) cold water or ice

Method

  1. Peel the mango and cut it into pieces (or use frozen mango).
  2. Put all the ingredients in the blender jar.
