Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi (70 g / 2½ oz)
  • 100 g (3½ oz) unsweetened almond yogurt
  • 2 tbsp gluten-free granola (20 g / ¾ oz)
  • 5 g flaxseeds — optional

Method

  1. Peel the kiwi and cut it into rounds or small cubes.
  2. Spoon the almond yogurt into a bowl or glass.
