Quantities and times are a starting point: adjust them to your taste. Two things don't change: poultry and ground meat must be cooked all the way through, and allergens — always check the labels.

Kale chips

A crunchy, salty snack, ready in 15 minutes in the air fryer.

Rico's note: The snack for when you feel like nibbling but don't want to open a bag of potato chips.

Ingredients

  • 200 g (7 oz) fresh kale, stems removed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (15 g / ½ oz)
  • 15 g (½ oz) nutritional yeast
  • fleur de sel, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Wash the kale leaves and dry them very well — the drier they are, the crunchier they get.
  2. Tear the leaves into palm-sized pieces, discarding the thick stems.
