Ingredients

  • 1 large whole-wheat wrap (50 g / 1¾ oz)
  • 1 egg yolk (17 g / ½ oz)
  • 2 slices low-fat cheese (40 g / 1½ oz)
  • 2 slices turkey or chicken deli meat (50 g / 1¾ oz)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven or air fryer to 180 °C (350 °F).
  2. Cut the wrap into 4 triangles.
