Grilled turkey with roasted sweet potato and green salad

Ingredients
- 180 g (6½ oz) turkey breast cutlets
- oregano and lemon juice, to taste
- 1 sweet potato, diced (200 g / 7 oz)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (20 g / ¾ oz)
- 1 handful of mixed greens (50 g / 1¾ oz)
- 1 tomato, diced (60 g / 2 oz)
- salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Toss the diced sweet potato with a little olive oil and roast in the oven at 200 °C (400 °F) for 22–25 minutes.
- Season the turkey slices with salt, pepper, oregano and lemon juice.
