Grilled portobello mushrooms with garlic and parsley

A bold-flavored snack, ready in just over ten minutes.

Rico's note: Make this in a grill pan when you want something savory after a workout that won't sit heavy.

Ingredients

  • 2 large portobello mushrooms (160 g / 5½ oz)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced (6 g)
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil (20 g / ¾ oz)
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (3 g)

Method

  1. Wipe the mushrooms clean with a damp cloth and remove the stems.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
