Ingredients

  • 350 g (12½ oz) low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey (20 g / ¾ oz)
  • 30 g (1 oz) chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (5 g) — optional

Method

  1. Line a small pan or baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt with the honey in a bowl until smooth.
