Ingredients

  • 400 g (14 oz) white rice flour
  • 250 g (9 oz) sweet cassava starch (polvilho doce)
  • 200 g (7 oz) sour cassava starch (polvilho azedo)
  • 150 g (5½ oz) chickpea flour

Method

  1. Sift the rice flour and both kinds of cassava starch into a large bowl.
  2. Add the chickpea flour and mix well until you have an even powder.
