Feta-stuffed mushrooms

A quick appetizer with sautéed spinach and feta cheese, made in the air fryer.

Rico's note: The appetizer for when you're short on time but want it to look like you made an effort — 22 minutes from start to finish.

Ingredients

  • 12 large button mushrooms (180 g / 6½ oz)
  • 80 g (2¾ oz) fresh spinach
  • 60 g (2 oz) crumbled feta
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (6 g)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (10 g)
  • 1 tsp oregano (1 g)
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Carefully remove the mushroom stems and chop them finely.
  2. In a skillet with the olive oil, sauté the chopped stems, spinach and garlic until the spinach wilts.
