Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen edamame, in the pod (150 g / 5½ oz)
  • coarse sea salt, to taste (2 g)
  • piri-piri flakes, to taste — optional

Method

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  2. Cook the edamame for 4–5 minutes, until tender but still with a little bite.
