Ingredients

  • 1 egg (50 g / 1¾ oz)
  • 2 tbsp sweet cassava starch, polvilho doce (16 g / ½ oz)
  • 1 tbsp sour cassava starch, polvilho azedo (8 g)
  • 1 tbsp almond flour (8 g)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (10 g)
  • 1 tbsp water (10 g)
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (5 g)
  • salt, to taste
  • ¼ tsp baking powder (1 g)

Method

  1. Beat the egg in a small bowl or mug.
  2. Add the olive oil, water, nutritional yeast and salt and mix.
