Cucumber slices with apple cider vinegar and dill

Two minutes, almost zero calories, and very refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber (300 g / 10½ oz)
  • ¼ tsp sea salt (1.5 g)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (15 g / ½ oz)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (3 g) — optional

Method

  1. Wash the cucumber well and cut it into thin slices — no need to peel it.
  2. Arrange the slices in a shallow bowl.
