Cottage cheese mini crepes

Just two ingredients and a delicate, thin texture, perfect for filling.

Ingredients

  • 100 g (3½ oz) cottage cheese
  • 2 egg whites (60 g / 2 oz) — or 1 egg
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • olive oil, for greasing

Method

  1. Put the cottage cheese, egg whites, salt and pepper in the blender jar.
  2. Blend until you have a thin, lump-free batter.
