Corn cakes with smashed avocado

Smashed avocado on crunchy corn cakes, ready in no time.

Ingredients

  • 2 corn cakes (16 g / ½ oz)
  • ½ ripe avocado (75 g / 2¾ oz)
  • ½ tomato, sliced (60 g / 2 oz)
  • salt, pepper and oregano, to taste

Method

  1. Mash the avocado with a fork into a chunky spread.
  2. Spread the smashed avocado over the corn cakes.
