Cookie dough mug cake

It tastes like raw cookie dough, but it goes in the air fryer and comes out warm inside.

Rico's note: Your emergency treat: when you're craving something really sweet, this takes care of it in 20 minutes.

  • 70 g (2½ oz) cottage cheese
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 egg whites (60 g / 2 oz)
  • 25 g (1 oz) protein powder — or oat flour with sugar to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • 10 g 85% dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (16 g / ½ oz) — optional, improves the texture
  • olive oil, for greasing

Method

  2. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and fold them into the batter with a spoon, keeping a few for the top.
