Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas (240 g / 8½ oz)
  • 400 g (14 oz) cottage cheese (or silken tofu for a lactose-free version)
  • 30 g (1 oz) 100% reduced-fat cocoa powder
  • honey or another sweetener, to taste — optional, not counted in the macros

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
