Banana and peanut butter smoothie

A creamy banana and peanut smoothie, ready in four minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana (120 g / 4 oz)
  • 1 tbsp 100% peanut butter (16 g / ½ oz)
  • 200 ml (¾ cup) almond milk
  • ground cinnamon, to taste

Method

  1. Put the banana, peanut butter and almond milk in the blender.
  2. Blend until creamy and smooth.
