Banana and chocolate mini cake

Just four main ingredients, straight into the air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (118 g / 4 oz)
  • 40 g (1½ oz) oats — or 30 g oats + 12 g protein powder
  • 1 egg (50 g / 1¾ oz)
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 tsp baking powder (4 g) — optional
  • 10 g dark chocolate chips — no added sugar: sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • olive oil, for greasing

Method

  1. Put the banana, oats, egg, salt and baking powder (if using) in the blender and blend until creamy.
  2. Add the chocolate chips to the batter and fold them in with a spoon.
