Date-sweetened avocado cocoa mousse

Creamy and sweetened with dates, it satisfies a chocolate craving in five minutes.

Rico's note: For when you want something sweet after dinner but don't want to eat a whole chocolate bar.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado (150 g / 5½ oz)
  • 2 tbsp pure cocoa powder (16 g / ½ oz)
  • 2 tbsp plant-based milk (30 g / 1 oz)
  • 1 tsp chopped date or stevia (4 g) — optional, to sweeten

Method

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop the flesh into the food processor.
  2. Add the cocoa powder and plant-based milk.
