Cinnamon, ginger and cloves already mixed in, ready to use.

Rico's note: In the fall, use this mix for spice cakes whenever you want your home to smell of cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • 400 g (14 oz) almond flour
  • 300 g (10½ oz) buckwheat flour
  • 250 g (9 oz) white rice flour
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon (14 g)
  • 2 tsp ground ginger (4 g)
  • 1 tsp ground cloves (2 g)

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, buckwheat flour and rice flour.
  2. Sift the cinnamon, ginger and cloves over the top and mix vigorously until the spices are evenly distributed.
