Ingredients

  • 1 baguette or ciabatta (280 g / 10 oz)
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced (12 g)
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 15 g (½ oz) chopped fresh parsley
  • 5 g chopped fresh oregano (or dried)
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C (350 °F).
  2. Cut the bread into slices about 1.5 cm (½ in) thick.
