Ingredients

  • 1½ whole-wheat wrap (68 g / 2½ oz)
  • 150 g (5½ oz) shredded chicken (or in pieces)
  • ½ chopped onion (55 g / 2 oz)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (3 g)
  • a drizzle of olive oil (10 g)
  • 3 tbsp low-fat Greek yogurt or reduced-fat whipped fresh cheese (45 g / 1½ oz)
  • salt, pepper, paprika and curry powder, to taste
  • parsley, to taste
  • 1 egg yolk (17 g / ½ oz) — for brushing
  • sesame seeds, to taste — optional

Method

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onion and garlic until golden and soft.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, stir well and add the yogurt. Season and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
