Watermelon bowl with feta and mint

Sweet, salty and refreshing — the summer snack that needs no oven.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed (300 g / 10½ oz)
  • 30 g (1 oz) feta cheese — optional
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint (5 g)
  • ½ lemon, juice only (15 g / ½ oz)
  • pink salt, to taste

Method

  1. Cut the watermelon into small cubes and put them in a bowl.
  2. Crumble the feta over the top, if using.
