Sweet potato with cinnamon and honey

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes (400 g / 14 oz) — about 200 g each
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (15 g / ½ oz)
  • 2 tsp honey (10 g)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (3 g)
  • 1 tsp nutmeg (2 g)
  • sea salt, to taste

Method

  1. Wash and dry the sweet potatoes and cut them into rounds about 1 cm (½ in) thick.
  2. Mix the olive oil, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
