- 112 g (4 oz) pistachio flour (ground unsalted pistachios)
- 120 g (4 oz) rice flour
- 60 g (2 oz) sweet cassava starch (polvilho doce)
- 1 tsp salt (6 g)
- 1 tbsp baking powder (12 g)
- 3 eggs (150 g / 5½ oz)
- 122 g (4½ oz) plain yogurt
- 3 tbsp olive oil (30 g / 1 oz)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and grease the pan.
- Mix the flours, cassava starch, salt and baking powder.
