Ingredients

  • ½ ripe papaya (150 g / 5½ oz)
  • 100 g (3½ oz) coconut yogurt
  • ½ lime, zest and juice (10 g)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (5 g)

Method

  1. Scoop out the papaya seeds and dice the flesh.
  2. Spoon the coconut yogurt into a bowl.
