Pão de queijo mix (Brazilian cheese bread)

The ready-made mix for weekend pão de queijo.

Ingredients

  • 500 g (1 lb) sweet cassava starch (polvilho doce)
  • 400 g (14 oz) sour cassava starch (polvilho azedo)
  • 100 g (3½ oz) potato starch — for tenderness

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine both kinds of cassava starch and the potato starch.
  2. Mix well until evenly blended.
