- 400 g (14 oz) sorghum flour
- 300 g (10½ oz) white rice flour
- 200 g (7 oz) sweet cassava starch (polvilho doce)
- 100 g (3½ oz) potato starch
Method
- Sift the sorghum flour, rice flour, sweet cassava starch and potato starch into a large bowl.
- Mix well until evenly blended.
