Ingredients

  • 400 g (14 oz) almond flour
  • 300 g (10½ oz) arrowroot flour
  • 200 g (7 oz) coconut flour
  • 100 g (3½ oz) fine cassava flour

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, arrowroot flour, coconut flour and cassava flour.
  2. Mix very well until evenly blended.
