Coconut yogurt with berries and walnuts

Creamy and fresh — a sweet treat that won't weigh you down.

Rico's note: Keep a tub of coconut yogurt in the fridge for when you want something sweet without overdoing it.

Ingredients

  • 150 g (5½ oz) plain unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1 handful of berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries) (80 g / 2¾ oz)
  • 4 walnut halves (16 g / ½ oz)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (5 g) — optional

Method

  1. Spoon the coconut yogurt into a small bowl.
  2. Wash the berries and scatter them on top.
