Ingredients

  • 400 g (14 oz) gluten-free oat flour
  • 300 g (10½ oz) almond flour
  • 200 g (7 oz) white rice flour
  • 100 g (3½ oz) sweet cassava starch (polvilho doce)

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine the oat flour, almond flour, rice flour and sweet cassava starch.
  2. Mix well until you have an even powder.
