Ingredients

  • 1 apple, quartered (180 g / 6½ oz)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (2 g)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 °C (375 °F).
  2. Cut the apple into quarters, remove the seeds and sprinkle with cinnamon.
