5-minute stuffed garlic bread

A microwave mini loaf filled with garlic butter, toasted in the air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs (100 g / 3½ oz)
  • 60 g (2 oz) almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder (4 g)
  • 1 pinch salt (1 g)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (26 g / 1 oz) — for the batter
  • 2 tbsp butter, or olive oil (26 g / 1 oz) — for the filling
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed (6 g)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (4 g)
  • salt, to taste — for the filling

Method

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the olive oil.
  2. Add the almond flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
