Ingredients

  • 400 g (14 oz) almond flour
  • 300 g (10½ oz) buckwheat flour
  • 200 g (7 oz) sweet cassava starch (polvilho doce)
  • 100 g (3½ oz) flaxseed meal

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, buckwheat flour, sweet cassava starch (polvilho doce) and flaxseed meal.
  2. Mix very well until uniform.
